So these days I've had plenty of time to experiment with food. And I've come up with a few savory, super nutricious, wholesome recipes. But, I gotta say this one is exceptional. I looooove it.
I posted it through pics on INSTAGRAM so I'm gonna share it here with you too 🖤
You should def try it. And if u do I WANNA SEE IT!! 💕
INGREDIENTS:
I basically went and took veggies I had on the fridge, some leafy greens, seeds and spices I can't live without. Then selected a whole cereal and a legume to make it consistent and nutricious. You can choose your favorite, it doesn't mind if you don't have some of what I used. Or if you prefer using other veggies, spices and so... It may taste different but I'm pretty sure it's going to be PRETTY AWESOME.
FOR THE "CHILLI" WITH MUSHROOMS
1/2 potato - 1/2 turnip - 1/2 Leek - 1/2 onion - 1 carrot - 1/2 parsnip - 1/2 cup of azuki - 2 sachets of veggie broth powder (I used NATURE COMPAGNE Drink bouillon "Hot Fox") - 1 brick of tomato sauce - 1 tsp ground onion - 1 tsp ground garlic - 2 tsp hot paprika - 2 tsp dill - 1/2 handful of parsley - 1 can mushrooms - 1 clove of garlic.
FOR THE SALAD AND THE COUSCOUS
1 handful endive - 1 handful spinach - 1 handful kale - 1/2 cucumber - 1 tin sliced black olives - 4 red radishes - ground ginger - A little of cilantro - 1 coup couscous - salt - pepper.
FOR THE SALAD DRESSING
Sesame seeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, dates, ground onion, ground garlic, soy sauce and maple syrup.
RECIPE:
I don't measure the salad dressing I go adding a bit of everything. I start with 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 date and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and I blend it. Then I 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ground garlic, 1 tsp ground onion and 1tsp mustard and blend it. If it tastes good leave it like that, if not, you'll notice which ingredient is lacking to add more.
I really hope you try this recipe and I'm willing to see it 🖤
