turns out i have anal neighbors!! I am very good at not being very loud at night, and they still gave the managers a noise complaint!! AHHHHHHHHHH.....thats BS. And I have to listen to their fat asses walking like elephants all around the house at 4 AM, WTF, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ok ok i just had to vent

LOL all my neighbors never complain. Tried to get them too but I don't know why they won't. Unless the manager just really love me! 
Plus I had one guy come drunk to my door and after a run in with me he move so.... yeah.
