Sorry for the long delay in updating, not much new the past week until today.
I started a new freelance job today working for a rigging company. I worked today as a rigger for the LA taping of "Last Call with Carson Daly." I spent almost 4 hours in the rafters of the Palladium hanging cable and running it through the ceiling to the floor below, then spent another 6 hours helping to attach all those cables to hundreds of feet of lighting truss.
On my lunch break I went back to Fear Factor and had 2 interviews for two different jobs with them. Hopefully something will happen with that, freelance work is starting to get annoying.

Hey: I just got into a new film festival in Seattle - STIFF, designed as an option to the big daddy; details are in my journal, and I think I emailed you also - and I'm going to go represent and maybe be on a panel or something, too. And I applied to SG Seattle so I could make an announcement and get some local info and maybe get some local SGers out to see it, too. Any advice for my trip?
i guess the whole thing with freelance is that eventually the hunt for work just becomes a natural part of tyhe process rathet tahn this whole annoying extra step. i never liked it myself thus i never pursued an illustration career like i originally intended.
