So, what a weekend I just had. Out till 5 for a friends birthday Thursday night, Seeing the lovoely Tryst's band rockbot play on Friday, then a dinner party and house party on Saturday. Plus three solid day after hangovers.
For any of you out there who haven't heard/heard of Rockbot you should check them out. Though Tryst is too modest to say so they put on a really good show. And
they were down for doing tequila shots with me afterwards which REALLY helped the next day.
In other news there was a little election a few weeks ago you might have heard of..... I was utterly devastated and didn't even leave my house until thursday afternoon. It wasn't so much that Bush won per se. It was more the fact that it felt like the country was hopelessly and permanently drifting in a frighteningly right-wing direction. So sad.

the seizure-inducing journals will be back, but i'm just luring y'all into a false sense of security!
And I was in DC last weekend, but it was so last minute and my schedule was packed (seeing friends' new baby, going to an early Thanksgiving party, etc.-- you get the gist!) that I didn't even call anyone else or try to set up anyuthing fun.
How's school n' stuff?
