Great news! I finally sent an email to the guy who is now looking after my cat Simba. I have been procrastinating for ages, I didn't want hear that she may had run away or something. My worries were for nothing... he replied nearly immediately... she is doing really well and finally settling into her new home. I am so happy! Simba is about 10 years old and I've had her since she was a kitten. Giving her up so hard to do. But the guy she is with now is awesome... he is perfect for her actually. He is gay and buddhist, the most friendly guy you could ever meet.
My other cat Tigger is with my sister. Tigger actually was my sisters first, then she moved to Sydney so I looked after her. When she came back I told her she couldn't have Tigger back. Now that I have moved to Melbourne she has Tigger back. Funny how things work out.
So anyway I really miss my cats but they are well looked after so it's all good.
I promise never to mention them again.
Oh and this is why Cat people are a bit crazy:
