I just ate a whole punnet of strawberries... that should keep the scurvy away!

This new layout reminds me of pink bunny rabbits and strawberries.... hmmmm.... and it is it just me or is it very bright?

Yay I am going to move to Fitzroy! this is the part of Melbourne I really wanted to live in but did not think it was going to...

Mmmmmm strawberries. What's a punnet?
brandi77:
I use it on my face, hands and arms. It smells good enough to eat. If I try it I'll let you know if it was good or not.

I love strawberries with coconut milk on them.

What book are you reading right now?

Viking's walkabout:

So I have this old stale loaf of bread that I was going to throw out. But after reading AnnaLee's journal I decided to feed it to the ducks. "What a wonderful thing to do on a Saturday when I have no other plans" I thought. As I live not far from the Yarra River I figured this would be a logical...

I have never really got into hiphop, which is strange cos I like a lot of different music. May be it is because I never connected to it?

That was until yesterday when I found this artist MC Plus+. At first I thought it was a comedy spoof, but it's not. The music is a bit rough around the edges but I have to say...

Thank you for your openness and your support in your comment on my journal on mental illness. Judging from the response I got in some quarters, however, openmindedness is too much to ask and education falls on deaf ears. When I posted my letter in the Psychology group, a frightening number of people who lack any sort of factual basis for their labelling of the mentally ill as "attention whores" came out of the woodwork, along with a few insults thrown my way. I cried. Not because of the insults, but because these people will judge my brother, who has worked so hard to become healthy and successful, for the rest of his life.

ah, well, ignoramuses must not attack you in your elevator then, or sexually assault you, or rob you. What a charmed life you must lead.

A great night was had Saturday, it had it all rugby, beer, mates and very cool old school arcade games. I went to the pub in Fitzroy called the Royal Derby Hotel. If it was not for my current reliance on public transport to get to work I would live in Fitzroy. I reckon it is the coolest part of Melbourne. Anyway, this pub... basically...

i can't seem to find a link for you, and i don't know if they're released down in Australia, but in the states they make "consoles" that are just the old Atari joystick/button, and you plug them directly into your TV and they come with like 5 or 15 or 45 games directly in the joystick for like fifteen bucks. The joystick IS the console. Just Joystick:TV;Old School Atari games. Definitely worth looking into.

Galaga for NZ$0.10 for 3 games at some bar in Queenstown ... fucking rewels

Check out this great short story Eyelid Movies by Will McIntosh. It portrays a freaky future were anyone can get in your head.

Often I would love to be able to know what is going on in peoples heads, but if it is anything like what goes on in my head it's probably for the best that I can't.

Yay yay for pay day!!!

Today was my first full pay in Melbourne ever!I am no longer poor (just really in debt). Being paid monthly is so harsh!

If you have a Claire Danes fetish then check out Morgan! love

ever since Baz Luhrmans Romeo + Juliet I have had a thing for her. Most of her movies since then have not impressed me much except... I loved Les Miserables and Brokedown Palace was very good... Igby Goes Down was kinda cool.

My perfect lover has either hazel, brown or blue eyes. I paid $6 for this information! (I'm a sucker for silly things like this)

But this is good to know as I might have hooked up with some one with green eyes. The horror!!!

is there any other eye colours?

My eyes are those mad ones that are usually hazel but can be blue or...
