Thanks, baby. No one is mistreating me in any way. In fact they are ALL always telling me what a good job I am doing and how glad they are that I am doing it. And I know they value me as a friend. I am just in an awkward role right now, having to actively mediate between the two sides. And seeing how emotion can cloud the issue on BOTH sides.
