Raining like Scotland, 50 degrees, snow on the mountains...
I love Spring! I can't wait to ride to work tomorrow.
It is sooo cool living in the high desert; the tourists (or tourons as we call 'em here) are freaking out, freezing in their "desert" clothes. They all look at the map, plan for 100, and pack accordingly. They don't notice that we're at 7,000', or that there's a front coming down the Rockies from Canada. That's right, kids, the mountains don't stop at the Colorado border.
Scored my first new bike jersey in years today; tartan-plaid with a St. Andrew's cross and a big frikkin' sword, and a banner readin' "This I'll Defend." Fook yeah.
