In the morning I am going to London for a bit of R&R I return on Sunday only to pack and head out to Africa again for another trip.

Things at site are very bad, there are a few company men with egos in opposite proportion to their intellect which is always a bad combination.

The project is running late and a lot of very bad decisions are being made, I know that when I get to site a lot of people will be looking at me to resolve most of the issues, I will have a rough few weeks but hopefully the lunatics will get the idea and back off enough for our team to be able to complete the project without this foul atmosphere they have created. It should prove interesting.
