Occupy Wall Street.
Unless you've been living in a room without internet, radio or television you know of what Occupy Wall Street is and what it represents.
Now I understand the frustration, anger and pain that this country is going through but I see this on both sides. Capitalism is NOT evil. Capitalism is the reason we iphones, toasters, cars, etc.
Free market and the ability to create and be different is what made this country not the government holding everybodys hand and trying to make us all equal. So many people bitch and moan about the world and the country being equal, if it was we be communism nation. Communism fails because there's no reason to try, no reason to push, we are all the same.
All people are not created equal. I do believe that all people deserve equal rights and chances.
For example Michael Jordan, NBA Superstar is a millionaire because he's a talented player, I on the other hand am not a gifted basketball player. If we were all made to be the same nothing would advance.
STEVE JOBS, a man of genius, we could say is the 1%. Now Jobs wasnt born rich and he worked his ass off to become a CEO.
Celebrites Alec Baldwin, Susan Sarandon, Kayne West and others have come out to support the 99% and the crowds have greeted them with open arms. Am I the only one who finds that ironic? These people with there picket signs proclaim the rich must pay but yet you welcome these people and call them follow cusaders? THERE RICH, THERE PART OF THAT 1% YOU HATE.
If these people really want to make a difference in America instead of blaming the banks, CEO and big companies go to the real problem. Congress and the government officals, march into DC and demand change, tell them you want them to start to serve them or get the fuck out!!!!
People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.
Like I said Im not blind to the frustration and hopelessness, I just feel there are more affective methods instead of sitting down at Wall Street. By all means take a stand but make it count.
A government is just a body of people that are usually ungoverned.
Maybe I'm the only thing who sees it this way. Here's some fun stuff now.
I found this for Tovi
