The High End Of Low
Well Canada was fun it was expensive, very expensive. When I came back home a collection of bills were waiting for me. On top of that I have to buy a new suit for a film premire next week, yes the movie "Naked Angel" that I've been promoting is next week so I will be wining and dining with James Duval and the rest of the cast and crew.
James Duval - ID4, Gone in 60 Seconds, Go, Donnie Darko, May, SLC punk! etc
Still I dont exactly have the cash for a suit.
Also I dont have money to afford my medication right now and Im out. (I suffer from clinical chronic depression)
I so want October to be here!!!
Another issue two of my favorite bands are coming to town on the same day.
and
The tickets are the exact same price too! I gotta decide soon, Im lending towards Disturbed because their last album has really suprised me with its merit, talent and energy awhile Godsmack's last cd just seemed lukewarm.
So my life at the moment is exciting but due to the lack of meds and stressful money issues I feel like im in a pit, stuck in a situation with no access out, of course Im overreacting...I hope.
Shifting gears -
I saw Resident Evil: Afterlife, while it was an enjoyable action/horror film it didnt feel like a part of the Resident Evil film series, this film seems like merely a stepping stone for a new trilogy. Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter were badass and gorgeous, they made the movie. Including Chris and Wesker was a nice touch but most of the secondary characters with the exception of two were pointless and the climax wasnt as engaging as Resident Evil: Extinction.
The style of the film was very influence by The Matrix and other high tech science fiction films.
Bottom line: Resident Evil Afterlife is a different flavor from the first three, if your a fan of the films you'll like Afterlife if not then dont bother seeing it.
Alreadly making over $30 million opening weekend, Milla Jovovich has said part 5 is being planned.
The very beautiful Epiic is finally pink! Its about goddamn time, if she didnt become a SG after her latest set I was going to call bullshit on this whole website but it didnt happen, check it out shes perfection in the flesh!
Still working on my Dante's Inferno poem collection, just all this stress and sadness is slowing me down then again sometimes it just what is needed, like the old quote goes
"Art doesn't work without pain; art also exists for compensating pain."
Can't find a cool movie to watch? Here is a list of random films I recommend, some are a bit under the radar but I think there all good flicks
-Harry Brown
-Defiance
-Invictus
-Rampage
-Outlander
-Doomsday
-One last thing, do I post too many blogs? I get the vibe it becomes a bit pretentious and tedious to post some much.

Uhhhh I would kill to go to a movie premiere and schmooze with the people involved! Movies make my world go round. Have fun! Don't worry about a suit... the cool kids do their own thing
Ahhhh I am going to see the Disturbed guys on Friday and maybe Saturday along with the Stone Sour boys... is that the same tour you are talking about? It looks like it will be crazy good! You should go with Disturbed.... they might not be the "realest" band live but they are ridiculous fun, don't you think? and for some reason some songs on their new record remind me of stuff from the 80's and I like it!
As for posting too many blogs... no way. There's a difference between that and being pretentious... and I can't stand pretentious, self absorbed people so I would be the first to tell you yes haha.
