whats been going on? not a lot really. its 199 days until i see my little sis.she is currently in cambodia and arrives in australia in 3 weeks. and im off to see her in november for nearly 3 weeks! woo hoo. by the time i see her next i wouldnt have seen her in a whole year!!!! her and her fiance have gone to do a bot of travelling before arriving in sydney where liz (my sis) is going to do her masters degree and then train to be a teacher out there. i personally dont think she will ever move back home, not unless something major happens. so im excited that its not too long to go now cos i miss her desperately. it sounds really twee but she is my best friend and i refer to her as 'my left arm' and she calls me her 'big little sis' cos im older but she is way taller. she is like 6ft and built like a rake and well... im not. i could talk about her for hours but i will leave that for another day.
i made a half arse attempt at the gym last night which means i am going to have to sweat my arse off tonight. but tonights training is hardwork...... squats, some chest thing, a leg push thing, treadmill, stepper, rower.... its no fun but these are the things that need to be done to run 10 miles!!!!!! aarggh!!!
and i did some chav spotting in asda which was hilarious. my friend / colleague / team mate / fellow party goer craig has been left home alone for 2 weeks as his mum has gone on holiday. i bumped into him in asda and he was having a panic about wheter he could freeze something or not. considering this boy went travelling for 1 year you would think he could fend for himself, clearly not. so i pointed him in the right direction. but i have sat with him this morning and helped him with a few meal plans.... this dude needs either some serious help, his mum back or a commited girlf!!!!!!!!
and i fell asleep last night mid way through writing a text (sorry!
) and i then woke up in the middle of the night to find i was lying on my phone. im surprised i didnt accidently call anyone!!! im such a spanner!
but no thunder and lightning so i got some sleep, woo hoo!!!!!!
anyway that is enough babble from me today!
