Fitness has always played a big part in my life. It makes me feel good. It's my stress release. One thing I have recently been doing is at least two eggs a day. I don't eat alot of meat, but I know I need the protein. I feel like your diet is number one in your fitness journey. Something I make myself do, go to the gym every day. No less than an hour ❤️ I also add cardio after every work out.

I’m doing my best to cut down on food and I have been going for walks a lot. Hopefully I’ll join a gym one day, see what happens. But I prefer my walks, gym makes me anxious tbh
