I guess it's not really a recipe, more of a tradition. Every Christmas Eve we make turkey burgers. Why? Not even sure. It just happen one year and it never stopped. It's not a traditional Christmas Eve dinner but a very delicious one. Usually make with Mac n cheese and a veggie. We also watch the nightmare before Christmas while we eat. After we are all done and cleaned up we still bake cookies, chocolate chip cookies of course!

I love that you watch Nightmare before Christmas! I'm in Australia and it's hot at Christmas so we have a lot of salads and seafood for Christmas.
