Your goals all sound great! Once I’m in better physical condition, I may get back into martial arts. I hope you find that experience fulfilling. Given the bulk of my 2023 was spent in a major depressive state, 2024 is bound to be way better, and that’s thanks in no small part to this community. As for what that’ll look like… 🤷🏻‍♂️. lol I’m sure it’ll be fun. Happy New Year!
