Blood Diamond was an amazing movie.
It's reality, although it's a reality that most of us will never see.
I always wish to make a major difference in the world after seeing a film like that, but like the typical american stereotype, I return to my daily life, still craving the diamonds that many have died in the hunt to retrieve.
I wish I was able to be more moved by it, although these ideas remain the reasons that keep me interesting in writing... maybe it really is my true calling.
It's sick what people can do to each other, and all racism aside, a lot of these things people do are too there own people. It's very unnerving to feel as if you can trust no one... for people attack there own people, husbands kill wives and mothers have killed their own children.
Who can you trust, if you can't even trust you're own family at times?

he is my sweety and for the first time ever I am not requesting diamonds. Something more civil, like a puppy. yay. No, my puppy is good enough, more fish for Benji to play with. <3
