i'm sitting here in front of a roaring fire
typing away on my computer
i can't overstate how happy i am to have a *real* fireplace again
i just love wood fires
especially on a cold rainy day
so i saw my psych again today
they talked me into going up to 60 mg of paxil
which i have mixed feelings about
but i'll try it for a month and see how it goes
my ocd hasn't been that bad anymore
since i started the meds
but now stress and depression are starting to get to me
eh
divorce will do that to you i guess
still
i can't complain
as a good friend of mine once said
"my life's been pretty easy, really
i've never been in a war
i've never been shot
what's there to complain about?"
exactly

Remote locations do change you, and in odd ways. Though dragging a corpse home would definitely amuse all of us on the Ice enough to warrant a fight over who got to take it home.
Take care of you.
