PORTLAND, OR
ive noticed, whenever im in the portland or seattle areas, that many people drive too slow. at first i thought maybe it was just the rain, although youd think they get plenty of practice with that. but the weather doesnt really seem to matter, the last couple of times ive been here, the weathers been pretty nice.
this wouldnt normally be a problem, if i were in another city or if they werent in my lane. but since thats not the case, i cant help but wonder a few things.
like;
do they know im coming, or do they always drive 5 mph under the speed limit?
how do they always know what lane im going to be in before i get here?
and most importantly...with the overabundance of coffee places here, is everyone drinking decaf? these people are definitely not wired on caffine
