Oh MAN. Do I ever know *exactly* what you are talking about. I've got a real problem with getting attatched to anything or anyone. People go away and stuff can be taken, so I've always done my best not to form bonds with things, and keep my bonds with people to a bare minimum.
Well - I'm married now - and as you can imagine, this aversion to attatchment has been, shall we say, problematic.

Yeah - I do that same thing - comparing my life to where my parents were at my age. My poor Mother was dealing with a fairly psychotic 15 year old....my biggest dicipline problem is my cat. She's in heat, and I *really* want her to, you know, NOT constantly back her ass all up on my foot. Eww.
