come to think of it i do have some tie downs and a riding crop, a chain or two. Hee Hee. i went to class and had a great time. we had a visting black belt from columbia and he was intense. we did a lot of cardio and a lot of throws. it was so cool. i learned that hopkido and akido are different. hopkido has attacking defense moves and akido is more spirtiual and does'nt do any attacking moves all defense. any way i gotta go.xoxoxo-vhott
