hi . i'm back, and i'm around.. and yes, contrary to popular belief, i AM alive!!! i just finished writing a HUGE entry, saying where i've been etc. and then i got distracted by the prospect of changing my display pic, so i did that... without saving my journal update, and lost it all. so i'm a little sad about that... but i guess i'll just have to try to remember most of what i wrote. sadly, i don't think this'll be a very detailed update this time... since the one i just wrote really was. but we'll see what happens. yeah, lets break tradition and try the random information style.

just got back from mexico, met "Pilot Guy' there, who happens to be from the same city here in canada as i am. i haven't decided if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet.. 'cause technically, it could be a wonderful thing, since there's always the chance to continue the 'tropical getaway romance' but the liklihood of that happening is a little slim, i do believe. but there's really nothing i can do except wait and see. since he's working this week, then outta the city next week, and his next days off are at the end of the month. he mentioned that he'd call me on his weekend off, so we'll see what happens.

in mexico, i climbed a pyramid, had a near-drowning experience that can be blamed on nobody but myself, and made friends with a spider monkey.
