so my grandparents have a large tree in the back corner of their house. I've always loved this tree, it had my favorite swing on one of it's branches until my grandfather had to cut the branch my swing was on due to it almost breaking their bedroom window a couple of times.
anyway, the point of this, they will be cutting down said tree within the next few weeks as its roots have already destroyed the sidewalk and are slowly working their way into the foundation of the house.
this saddens me greatly.
luckily my grandfather is letting me plant a new tree a little farther away from the house.

Said tree is big & tall.. I used to have a favorite tree @ my aunt & uncles house.. They had a swing on it that went downhill & you would be 30 feet in the air when you were out completely.. We used to see who could get out the furthest.. Then we realized if we just hung onto the swing instead of sitting on it.. You looked really cool.. Were lucky noone broke any bones.. Haha, ah childhood stupidity.. Haha
