Saturday, I was supposed to call my dad and take my car to the shop, but completely forgot and just lounged all day.
Sunday, I woke up way too early for my own good on a weekend to go to a car show/quarter-mile track day. "Imports vs. Domestics"
Talked with the owner for a while, then made my way back to my friends, hung out with them for a while.. started to get bored around 3 (got there around 9:30am..) and I had dinner plans with family that evening, so we headed out about 3:30 to drive home.
Sunday night I started to feel sick, and have felt that way ever since. I still feel like shit, but I had to come in to work today.
And, I'm pretty sure I'm giving up all hope on relationships. For the time being, at least. Will probably be a while before I gain any kind of faith in humanity back.
EDIT: I have decided, after watching the Disney movie "Cars" last night, that Michael Schumacher has the sexiest voice ever.
In reality a nice car doesn`t have to be that expensive. Its got to have two litres + of power, anything over 150 bhp is ok. Its got to handle well and have attention to detail for the driver.
I just recently had a car like that, but sadly a stupid police chase that I got in the middle of ruined it for me. Now the car is unfixable through no fault of my own
The car was 7 years old and I had it from new, but I loved it. Its hard letting it go and and the little thing I`m driving now while I wait for the insurance to pay up is just bad. It chokes after 60 miles an hour and crawls to 90 max. It sorta shakes if you go that fast too.
Can you drive a stick shift?
Keep well
