-Monday night was a lot of fun. The show went pretty well, and as I predicted, people got drunk and retarded. If you have a chance, check out The Suicide Pact and Deep Enough To Die -- two awesome bands who opened the show last night.
-A special award goes to our illustrious label owner for smashing out the ceiling tiles of his own office at the after-party while making drunken speeches, and then calling our drummer at 4am, nearly passed out on the floor of his own office w/ three simple words "I need help." That man will be a ninja someday...
-some other funny and/or interesting things happened Monday night, but we'll save that for another time
Mostly, the whole night made me instantly nostalgic, b/c some of our friends have already moved away, and alot of them (including me) are working on finally moving away from here very soon, so I realized that things will never be quite like this again. I really believe that we have something special here...
-Old German is the best cheap beer on the planet.
-my really old Nokia cell phone is the biggest, toughest thing around. The screen is cracked, the battery is always coming loose, and one of the buttons doesn't work quite right. But I like to test it's strength by throwing it when I'm drunk. I don't really even want one of these new, sleaker, smaller cell phones...I just thought you should know
