This Is me a few time ago,when I ve just started to assume a more healthy diet and having fitness each day.
Today I feel finally right with my body, it s simply: Girls don't stop eating, cause so your body will take from your muscles glicogene reserves and not from your fat! Eat, 5/6 little portions in a day and maintain your metabolism active!
