the last 1.5 months have been very difficult for my mental health. despite the wonderful vacation. I realized that it was time for me to seek help and sort myself out.

as you know, therapy with a psychologist in Russia is not popular. my family, because of whom I am going there, did not understand me at all.

but I believe in myself and I want a healthy and fulfilling life. so just wish me luck💜
