as I said , I'm a Udmurt by nationality. it is a small nation that lives in the heart of Russia.
since childhood, I love perepechi with cheese and egg. it is a national dish of Udmurts.
perepechi are prepared from lean rye dough with different fillings. translated from my native language - bread box.
I often cook them to remember the taste of childhood and eat with appetite drinking milk
