Back in the Day, or When I Was Popular.

Around ten years ago, when i still lived in the ATL, i was really, really popular. no, really. all the boys and girls wanted to date me. my best friend and i (she even got called my shadow on several unhappy occasions) would go out 5 times a week to the clubs, and the kids would be CRAZY, trying to get with me. on swing nights, i was a coveted dance partner (even though i never got the lindy hop down); on fetish nights, i was always the girl wearing nothing but a miniskirt and electrical tape. what happened (other than my tits no longer standing in their 18 year old glory)? i don't know. i got married (tends to put a damper on these things), got divorced, grew up, still slept around, but never again did i achive the same popularity. does it go away once you hit 25 (seems so young), do you just quit caring? i love the stories that i have of being popular, but i can't imagine dealing with all of the drama 10 years later. what about you guys? any stories of "i used to be popular, no really.."?
