Random little rant time: I have things to do today, but I haven't gotten very many accomplished because I have been feeling overwhelmed at doing more than sitting at my computer. I know that this is completely normal, especially as I have been dealing with a lot of things this month, and I am feeling less than 100% physically because of a nasty allergic reaction to some type of evil bug bite. But, every time I start to feel a bit overwhelmed or down I have the added fear and anxiety of a depressive episode maybe coming on. I take meds and try to exercise and get lots of sleep, so I don't think that is really going to happen, it just makes it that much harder to pull myself out of a funk. I'm am very thankful for the internet and especially this site-it helps avoid the self isolating parts of feeling down.
