So, I got my nose pierced Friday night (finally). I love it, but the annoyance almost wasn't worth it. The actuall piercing went just fine, but the stoopid ass guy tried putting a hoop in that was waaay too small, and spent like a half an hour trying to get the pressure ball in. Plus I was bleeding like a motherfucker due to all the pain pills/blood thinners I was taking... I think the guy was an apprentice or something though. He probably hit a vein.
He ended up taking the hoop out, and replaced it with a cute little pink stud, which is what I wanted in the first place, but didn't have the extra 20 bucks for. I ended up getting it without charge, cuz the guy knew he fucked up, and didn't want to mess with the pressure ball/make me bleed anymore.
But it was all worth it in the end. It's healing nicely, and is uber cute. Only thing I'm worried about it that i'm going to the beach for July 4th, and I hear that ocean water is a big no-no when it comes to a fresh piercing. Any tips?
