So, I guess I am getting Lasik eye surgery! No more glasses, no more contacts. I am very afraid, but I am getting it done while I have the option. Mom's paying for it because she is getting her own done, got a loan out for it and they gave her twice as much money as she needs, so she asked me if I wanted to get mine done too. Of course, I said yes. I didn't think twice about it, but almost instantly I began having fears about it. I go for the pre-operative testing tomorrow. 2 hour appointment- fun times! Getting the surgery done next Tuesday... yeah, kind of sudden, but I am not going to back out. It will be nice to be able to see things on my own, without glasses or contacts, from across the room, without them being blury.
