First of all I'd love to thank you all for all the lovely comments on my set and journal. They really made my day. It's been such an emotional rollercoaster for the last few weeks and I haven't been doing that well. Feeling good and pretty for one day and reading all the amazing compliments gave me the strenght to be able to carry on. Thank you, thank you
And because I'm not able to answer you all personally, here are some facts;
*I am really from Finland, born here and lived here all my life. I speak Finnish as my native language but manage to understand Swedish (our second official language) and English too
*The set was shot near my parents' house where I spent the most of my youth. So I've played in those woods since I was like 4 years old. And it is about 8km from the very center of one of the biggest cities in Finland. Yes, we live in the woods. No wonder why the number of Internet connections per capita in Finland used to be the highest in the world. We might actually have the highest number of SuicideGirls per capita too (7/5 000 000)
*The photographer is a friend of mine and I'm planning to buy him a membership too so you can tell him how great pictures he takes. Actually my first set was the first thing he had ever shooted as planned. Learned from the best *g*
*I'm really flattered by all the faeriesh comments you have made, it's nice that I was able to show my faerie side. I actually was called Keiju - Faerie in Finnish - when I was 16.
*Unfortunately I was unable to find any information about Mentalwear in English. Maybe they should start an international site...
After my set went live I've also gotten a plenty of friend request. Some of them I approved but the most went with the decline button. You know, I 'm not going to befriend you if I haven't ever heard of you. Besides similiar interest commenting on my journal or chatting with me on the boards could help Feel free to bookmark me if you find my journal interesting.
Some of you have even bought me stuff from my wishlist and I'd like to thank you in advance - I'll upload pics when they have shipped the goods to the wild North. I have also recieved emails offering some other ways of thanking me and I'm not sure if there still are people not aware of this so I'm going to say it once more; we are not allowed to accept donations of any kind. Remember kids, the rules are rules. Paying for the membership is enough but if you like to thank a girl personally (which I find pretty sweet) you can check if she has a wishlist link on her profile. If you somehow still want to give your money away, write Missy and ask if you can give your donation to the site Buying a gift account to a friend is pretty good way to spend your money too.
And yes, I'm planning on shooting the next set soon. I have designed two already so it's basically just finding the time and location and making the props. I love expressing myself and besides photography and traditional arts the pin up art is my thing. It's also nice to show the world that all kinds of women can be sexy - not just the mainstream ad-style ones. Go diversity! And DIY!
Some old pics representing my day
Take care

WOW...
WOW....
So very seldom is such complete beauty found both inside and out.
The monkey is speechless.
