Ooops. It sure has been a while
The winter is here and I've been studying, working, photographing and worrying for all the possible and impossible things. But it also might have been the busiest year ever. And I know, I havent updated much and ansvering to everyone... I know, I'm a bad (busy) person. One reason might be that English is not my first language. Even if I'm able to understand it almost fluently, writing down my own toughts takes it's time. (And I'm really really impatient when it comes to my abilities, I should be able to learn everything fast and without making mistakes.)
But the semester is over and all I have to worry about now is holidays. Since I'm kinda broke I'll be working the end of the week and after that I'm going to be even busier. I should make some presents to my dear ones (needel felt stuff, silk painting, making beeswax candels - I'm pretty crafty person) travel to my old hometown and meet around hundred and one people.
But I got to rest too!
Cheese and red wine are definately my vices
I also read too much. (while eating gingerbread) (that's Orwell's Animal farm)
And when it comes to pictures, I totally forgot to thank for these two I got last summer:
Femmes - Masterpieces of Erotic Photography by Michelle Olley
My all time favourite perfume Belle de Minuit by Nina Ricci <3
Mmm. I'm so happy ♥ Thank you!
So, besides eating I've been reading a lot - Orwell's Animal Farm was wonderful, now I'm head over heels with Salman Rushdie's Satanic Verses. And Fyodor Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov and Vonnegut's Bluebeard and Hocus Pocus are waiting... mmm! (Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse five is one of my few favourite books)
gingerbread, again
It's Satanic Verses this time
If I wrote to Father Christmas (and we all know he lives in Korvatunturi, Finland, don't we? ) I'd wish to have Bulgakov's Master and Margarita (one of my favourites too), a Monty Python DVD, some good port and cheese, decent bra and some beautiful photography books for christmas.
And some tattoos too, perhaps.
You migh have noticed that I had my septum finally pierced. Yay. And it hurt like hell, went to 2.4mm (10ga) right away. My Phoenix will be ready by the end of January, I can't wait. It now has flames but it's still missing the other wing and tail.
ps. If some of you buys something from my wishlist, please send me a note with your address so I can send you something back (I have one at AmazonUK too)
