My goal is to loose 8kgs. I have lost my mojo and I am putting it down to the extra love muffins growing on my ass, hips and belly.
Ever since I have been on my new contraception, I have been steadily putting on weight. But its the most effective I have ever been on. I'm very fertile. So its a choice of a slightly fat ass or another baby. I'll take the slightly fat ass, thanks.
So starting from Monday (can't start a diet on a friday) I will be cutting out the junk food, reducing sugar in my coffee, increasing fruit and veg, less meat, more water, and exercising for at least an hour everyday. An hour of sweating not just a leisurely walk.
I am putting this up here so I have to do it. I can't make excuses. I have to get it done. My ass is getting out of control here.
Not that any of you out there in SG world probably care about my chubby bum but the few people who do read this will know that I have promised myself so I can't bitch out. I will also be putting up progress blogs. And once I reach my goal, maybe a few photos.

Seriously, though, get a bike if you don't have one, and ride, ride, ride. I bought my first bike (since I was a kid) off of CraigsList last May for a very modest price, and I dropped 18 pounds (8.16 Kg) over the summer, riding 80-100 miles (128-160 km) per week. I've probably gone a bit too far toward getting lean at this point, and need to increase my caloric / protein intake to keep from cannibalizing muscle. But it's definitely a very effective way to burn fat and lose weight, and I am TOTALLY addicted to riding now. I love it, and get soooo bitchy when I can't ride for being too busy at work or whatever.
So that settles it -- you need to post / send naked pics on your new bike!
