So Harley has finally gone to bed, Yay. but i am suppose to be at work. Adam called me on the way home from work. he told me that josh is really sick and Carmen (his ex-wife) has taken him to hospital. so he went there. fair enough. so now i cant go to work, not that im complaining about that. But Adam will be out for most of the night. Aussie hospitals and so slow, yes we do have quite a good health care system, and can get health care when we need it. but its really slow. the poor boy is sick and he will be there all night just waiting to be seen. i cant imagine living somewhere like America where if you don't have private health care you don't get help. how many people get turned away everyday because they cant afford a basic human right. health care. we live pretty tightly every week but i am not poor and not complaining but i cant afford private health care. it would be such a struggle to pay out that extra money. but if you don't you have the fear of your children getting sick and not getting the help they need. I dont know much about the health care system in other places. do they make exceptions for children? do children get help even if their parents don't have cover? i would love someone to tell me.
