I had basically the very same thing happen about 2 weeks ago. I had brought my wife and 7 year old son along on a business trip to New York City, because we could do it almost completely on the company's money. Anyway, our hotel room had only a king size bed, not two doubles, so our son was sleeping between us. At 1:30 in the morning he woke up, said "My tummy hurts", then he puked all over the bed. I can totally sympathize with what you went through last night, lol.

And of course the best approach to achieving your goal is not only to blog about it, but to post naked pictures now (the "before" pics), every day during your diet / exercise period (the "during" pics), and once you reach your goal (the "after" pics). Or you can just email them to me -- I promise to share them with everyone.
Seriously, though, get a bike if you don't have one, and ride, ride, ride. I bought my first bike (since I was a kid) off of CraigsList last May for a very modest price, and I dropped 18 pounds (8.16 Kg) over the summer, riding 80-100 miles (128-160 km) per week. I've probably gone a bit too far toward getting lean at this point, and need to increase my caloric / protein intake to keep from cannibalizing muscle. But it's definitely a very effective way to burn fat and lose weight, and I am TOTALLY addicted to riding now. I love it, and get soooo bitchy when I can't ride for being too busy at work or whatever.
So that settles it -- you need to post / send naked pics on your new bike!

i've never been the girl that wears sunscreen everyday...i mean my tinted moisturizer has, i think, a 20spf, so there's that, but i really hate the greasiness of sunscreen...can you recommend anything that's not heavy?? anyway, it's getting a bit better...still holding my breath a bit every time i have to sit down or stand up, but i'll be okay
