well, kitty probs over (well forgotten should i say) buying identical cat, although a good idea was rather pricey (700 to be exact....meouch) . so back to the norm, amazing what futurama can do for a mood speaking of which bought the first 2 seasons this week, the plan being once all are purchased a severe 23hr futurama marathon must be done ha ha ha

Aww, sorry to hear about the cat, I can imagine the mood at yours is pretty down trodden.
I can understand that the breeder has got attached but if he's taken a deposit then hasn't he entered a contract with that person to deliver the goods?
It's pretty extreme and most likely a waste of money but surely a claim can be made for either the cat itself or the deposit and other expenses laid out because of this 'contract'?
