Today I have plans for a massage, pedicure and facial on my day off 🥰I didn’t mean to book everything for the same morning, but I’m incredibly happy I did! I’ll end the day with some online yoga and a HIIT workout.

Not only has constant self care got me through this year, but I also find it important to support independent contractors like myself. These days I avoid bigger beauty/ massage chains and support local self employed providers instead. It makes me feel much better about spoiling myself so often!
