Boot camp was fun this morning. I always have fun, (and pain) at boot camp........

There is this guy right.............. who is one of our tormentors...

I am sensing flirtation. Hell. I am participating in it too......

Now I have a strawberry smoothie in coconut and almond milk with passion fruit and mango yoghurt.

These are all good positive happy things.
