WTF - on my verge but 10m from my window is 3 cop cars , 6 cops.
I looked and they were looking in my yard with bright lights.
I went out to see wtf the deal was. They assured me it was a Family feud around corner. Ok so why the FUCK are you here?!!?!! Oohhhhhhh......
With that a cop walked up my drive, put on a glove a picked up the biggest, jagged edged, bread knife on steroids I've ever seen. Had to 80cm long! Can't conceal that fucker!!!
Whoever they arrested went silently.
Which is unnerving as usually in these scenarios there's some protest.
Gotta find sleep now. I'm still scared.
And my dog made NOT A SOUND!!!

Then on way to work, I was turning right into a road that T interected with the one I was about to turn off.
A car was headed straight for me, and he would've been doing 70/80km an hour. He locked up his wheels as he missed the interection, and went dead ahead. Had I have not braced, braked and (yes I screamed), he would've hit my drivers side door. I still do not know HOW he missed my front end. I am still shaken. He must have missed by an inch. NO SHIT. At that moment, that nano second I thought, 'who is going to call the ambulance and my work. No one is around and this is going to hurt".
Had he had swerved, he would have rolled. Thank fuck he did what he did.
His skids were about 3m long, through the intersection and up and over medium strip, then into the bush opposite.
We stopped and talked. He was very concerned about me. I noticed in his hand he had a phone and earplugs in his ears. He was speeding and took his eyes off road that second he hit the intersection. FOR SURE. He was not even 20 years old. I hope he learnt a valuable lesson this am. I think he broke his car too.
I have had some fucking close calls but this wins.
It happens in threes right?

Bloody hell what a day,im glad you came out of it ok,hopefully you will be bad luck free for a while. When i got hit by a car the last thoughts that went thru my mind were the lines to a Metallica song "Take a look to the sky just before you die..It is the last time you will" so i did..and it was raining.
