There's nothing like the thrill of possibly getting eaten by a lion
that makes taking a smoke break a little more fun. For some it might even
be a sign that it's time to quit. *laughs* We got a warning that there
was a actual lion... yes a big furry "roar roar" lion trotting around
the neighborhood over where I work at. *stops, takes a sip of her slowly
cooling tea and just shakes her head* I guess I'd rather had to take my
chances with a lion then a sniper or a rapist.... Again... and I can't
voice this enough. I can't WAIT to get the hell outta dodge! I went to
the High School right down the street here in Gahanna, and as most of
you know, our mascot is the lion... Coincidence? Maybe... maybe not. If
this was a senior prank, I bow down to the class of 2004!
LoL! Theory
is thus far that it is a lion that escaped the zoo like 4 years ago that
they assumed dead. Well... he's alive and kicking after all. I thought
they put trackers on the animals incase they escape... if they do it to
the animals in the wild...why not in the city. *blank stare, followed
by an eye roll* Makes too much since maybe?
Holy jumping Jesus on a pogo stick!!! This fucking phone rang off the
hook for 6 hours straight! *tears hair out* I have double the shipments
in GE to deal with tonight too... I can't wait to be done with this
place too... they aren't paying me enough to deal with this crap anymore.
I wrote to Joann and Jason here at work about the transfer to Denver
that they dangled in my face... All I got back was a " I'll forward this
e-mail on to the guys upstairs to see if they have any comments."
Yeah... something's gonna come out of that. *Yet another eye roll* I know..
I'm sounding a little Pissy and bitter. Maybe it's the fact that I've
been at this damn desk for 8 days in a row and have 5 more before a real
day off. It's my own damn fault too that I am working all these hours
so I should just shut up, but we've been WAY too busy and they need to
take me off of courier calls and give them to the damn newbies so that I
can get my work done. Nothing that they do here makes since... nothing.
....and THAT's what I think about that shit.
*Looks out the window at the orange moon and sighs* Almost time to go
home... 5 more minutes. *glues her sanity together with rubber cement* I
might go hit the gym tonight after my home workout and sit in the steam
room for a half hour or so... I always feel better after that and then
some swim time. I need to get out of the house for a bit and have some
ME time this weekend. I'm working Saturday from 2-8pm and then I'm
going to go out for a while to the club and hang out with Trisket and Kat.
I haven't been out in a month or so... Then I think I'll get up early
and head over to Mom's for Mother's day... maybe make her breakfast and
bring her some flowers. Her Birthday is the 25th (I think) Yeah.. bad
daughter... I'm going to name a star for her through the star registry.
I think she'll like that. *smiles*
*Is home finally* Yes... I'm not quite so pissy anymore. See how that works?!
I checked with the temp agencies in Denver about Coors and they basically said that they can't do anything until i'm there and we can meet face to face and do some stupid tests that they need me to do. *grumps* I think i'm gonna go for it.. if my next paycheck and the paycheck after is enough I'm leaving. The temp agencies are bound to fine me something. I noticed tonight why not many people have hit up my Monster Jobs resume..LOL. I put Required Income $35,000-$50,000 by accident. I fucking WISH! Hahahahaha! I'm only making just under $24,000 a year now. So I changed it to $26,000-$50,000. *sweet smile* I think another reason i've been cranky lately is because i've been so busy I've only been eating like every 12 hours..if that again. I was on a good schedule where i'd eat 3 small meals, now I got it all fuckered up again.. *le sigh* When I finally got a moment to eat tonight at work at around 3am I realized that I hadn't eaten since 7pm Sunday night other then one of Kat's peanut butter cookies. >_< Doh! Bad.. bad April...
Anywho... I think that's about it on the update for now. I could go on for hours, but I'd rather go be lazy and watch some tv for the first time in weeks.
