A Youtube Mixtape:
Some of the tracks I just love. Like the Bon Iver and Built To Spill ones. Others I have reasons. I really like the City and Colour track, I can't stop singing it - I hope JulieeSioux likes it as I just posted it to her. I love the video of the Olivia track. Amazing stop motion stuff. That got me thinking that she sang backing on two of our songs that we never released...along with the wonderful guys from Nizlopi. They both went on to bigger and better things. I'm sure everyone has seen their JCB song. It was played to death...but after not hearing it for some time it made me realise how good a song it is and how beautiful Luke's voice is. If you'd like to hear one of the tracks they did with us let me know and I'll post it somewhere.
At the time I wasn't too into 'acoustic' stuff. It wasn't what the band was about in my mind. However, after time I think they stand up as being great tracks people can relate to.

I am feeling a lot better, thank you! That song was lovely. It will probably remain in my head for weeks to come. I was never a fan of alexisonfire, but becoming acquainted with Dallas Green's solo work made me realize what a talented guy he is. Every time I hear a new song I love him more and more!
Excellent mixtape, btw!
