Does anyone else ever come out from the doctors feeling like it was a massive waste of time?! I do, every single time, I don't even know why I bother anymore! I dragged myself out of bed this morning to walk in this INSANE heatwave to the surgery, waited way too long in an overhot reception full of old people (one woman was a particular old bat as she happily described an ill man as a Spastic.....nice one, Grandma!)
Got seen, got told there is nothing I can do but sweat it out, literally. She told me to steam.....STEAM?! All I need to do for that is step outside again. And on the way home, I saw a truly upsetting sight, someone had thrown out a lovely huge Teddy Bear by sticking him in the wheelie bin, that breaks me heart!! I wanted to save him but didn't fancy looking like a loony....poor guy!! Urgh, so I'm back home, got the massive fan blowing cause I'd rather be ill for longer than have to deal with this heat!
I'm not going into work, I'm going to have a really chilled day at home, and possible outside with my mut....
This is Tramp, I've had him since I was 10...he's very old
but he is still going!
Time for some painkillers!

weekends pretty busy I think which makes up for week days being average at best got comedy and a train journey planned so it will be diffrent fingers crossed I agree about the docs I went a few months back because I ouldn't sleep and fet tired all the time I was in 5 minutes he sent me out with a perscription for anti depressants I felt like he was saying heres some pills kid now fuck off thisw years been heavy with uni and things Im going part time next year so hopfully thats better hard to mptovate me somerimes it really is xx take good care think of the cash you will save by staying in as well
