So here it is, the way it all went down.

Early September we realize RCA is waste of time so we ask them nicely to let us out of our contract. Months go by and finally they let us out of our contract on a Tuesday in December. We found out this information as we drove down to New York to play for Island/Def Jam. Wednesday we play for Island/Def Jam and randomly run into Ric Ocasek. Thursday we drive home. Friday night Island/Def Jam makes us an offer we cant refuse, but Jay Z will not play our CD release party. We sign the execution copies of the cotract Wednesday and Fed Ex them to our lawyer! Thats just how fast it can happen.

Now we will take over the world!
