I just joined up again.
I've got a 3 month subscription now, so that should hold me till I definitely have a website set up.

The eye surgery was fine. It took about 15 minutes...it was so quick.
I can now see without glasses. It's still a little hazy at times. Like looking through steamed glasses...and small letters in the middle distance are dodgy, but it has only been a week and a half since the op and improvements in my vision will continue well into the 4th week post-op.

Other good news. I am now living in my new home. It's a beautiful upper-class 3 storey home. 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen with a gas hob (I've found gas to be superior to those electrical hot-plates). I have the 3rd floor all to myself. It's actually a modified attic that created another room, but I love it. I love living way up high and having a landing all to myself.

I am leaving in 2 days for Stockholm, Sweden, to reunite with friends. I'll be staying with my best friend their, Gabriella. I wanted to arrange a meeting with silverhazesmile, but unfortunately she went grey by the time I got back.

It's suddenly ocurred to me that half my friend's list is grey. Hmm...I think it is time to go, but I dislike the feeling of not being in touch with you guys.
Never mind. That's partly why I'm making my website.
3 months should be plenty of time to set something up. Hmm..lessee...5th April...5th May...5th June...5th July...
SO...you gots me around till 5th July...

Wowie!! New digs (which sound absolutely amazing!), new travels, new vision! Yay for you! Isn't life amazing. I'm totally in love with it lately. *glows*
I can't wait to see your webspace. I think that I need to start building a virtual home of my own as well. The Boy and I keep mulling it over anyway, so it could happen, perhaps . . . maybe.
