Well, I survived the camp. Actually, funny note, we didn't actually camp. Too many people were going to arrive late (myself ad Miggel included. but we had to teach the kiddies so it was a legitimate reason), so we just trained at the school. Was pretty awesome. Finished my one extra curricular form *happy dance* and did some wicked knife sparring with my Si Fu. Naturally, he managed to 'kill' me numerous times, however, i did manage to get two awesomely sneaky 'kills' in
Otherwise, life is going to take even more of a standstill the next three weeks. I start exams soon
I am not going to bitch about studying, we all know it sucks. I am however, going to give you a description of my day as decided by RM (ex co-worker). He wrote it in 'blog' format as if he was me Before you get to read it, you have to understand he is an incredibly sarcastic person.
My description of my day to him was: wake up, eat breakfast, watch disney channel, play sims social, study, eat lunch, stare at books, go to kung fu, get home, bath, go on SG, go to bed
So, RM's blog post for me is:
It is morning. Once again, the glorious rays of early sunshine are upon my bed as I rise and stretch, admiring my form in the bedroom mirror.
Today will be another day. A day like yesterday? Perhaps. A day like tomorrow? Almost definitely. For I will have breakfast. And it will be good.
My day, as usual, starts with meditation.I hum the Miley Cyrus mantra while in captivated rapture as her genius visual stylings play their poetic way through trial and tribulation on my Sony Plasma.
Then, thoroughly satiated and at one with my Yarp, I exercise my mentalness by playing with the lives and emotions of fictitious people. Gentle people, you may feel that this is both cruel and unnecessary, and for the general person on the street, that would be true.
However friends, I, your faithful blogger, am training to be a psychologist.
Your awe and admiration is much acknowledged and understandable. Your thoughts are my workplace and your dreams, my playground. And to this end, I devote 20 entire minutes, every day, in dutiful study. Knowledge is the future.
My lunch usually follows, with my mother divining lettuced delicacies with bread. Once fed, I live the lives of warriors and smitten maidens while lost in the world that is my Kindle.
But, as the sun slowly sets over Durban's inky waters, I hear the calling in my bones and heed my summons to the Clan of Fu. My place, my acceptance and my world. For 2 hours I am both the weakest and strongest of humans. Like Twitter, I am someone, as long as I follow.
Then home, and the cleansing ritual. Again, I admire my form, albeit slightly bruised and my faithful rubber ducky Bernard keeps me company while I bathe.
Finally, before bed, I browse my favourite art site, enjoying the forms and shapes of simple photography.
Something gives me the feeling he is still upset i left the company
Anyway, thats all my friendly news.
Now go visit Kohana and see her awesome new set Dark Intentions
