Finally can start to exercise again after 2 months. The ankle is at a point where I can start to run around. I am going to hold off another week before playing indoor soccer though. Also need to drop the couple of kilos that I picked up as a result of being on crutches for three weeks and I need to do it quick. The enduro is now only seven weeks away. At my current level of fitness there is no way that I am going to be able to do 300 odd k's in five days on the mountain bke.

Glad you can move around again. I saw in your blog you have a new Giant Trace. Can I ask how that ride is? I've wanted to test one for a while.
