First up, my back is complete. Came in just under 11 hours.
This morning on my way to work, my Ipod have a sense of humour. Started with Bee Gees and Night Fever, which caused some serious street strutting at 6.30am and then went into some AC DC and Dirty Deeds. That caused chest out arm pumping type strutting. Seem to work. Got to work a little quicker, which in turn got me out.
