I managed to sprain my wrist at training last night. Not badly, but enough to be annoying. Had ice on it most of the day.

Was over work - not really much good at typing with one hand, and generally seasonally affected by the crappy Melbourne weather, so just left at 4, came home to read and have a bath and eat hot cross buns.

Advantage of flexible work place.

Of course, disadvantage of flexible workplace is that I have been online for a couple of hours working on some stuff with my boss for a board meeting tomorrow.
