Smiling Softly
The past couple of days have been rather uneventful. Nothing really exciting, nothing particularly worth complaining about, a toothache aside. I did go to Little Five Pizza with Brenda and Rachael while wyspurr and Destiny were attending Girl Scouts on Wednesday.
Tomorrow were going to be checking out a new house that we may lease purchase. I dont think we will because I think the terms are something of a rip off. Making the $5000 down payment needed to forego the credit check will take all of our tax return and then some. Then wed have to rent for a year at $950 a month before theyd actually apply anything to the price of the house. Id rather put that money towards fixing our credit and sticking things out here another year. Were just now slowly getting ahead after having to do a lot of catching up and I dont think it would be prudent to overextend our resources.
I have a dentist appointment on the 31st. I now have dental insurance under the plan wyspurr has through work. I may finally be able to get some much-needed dental work. Im not exactly looking forward to the process, but Ive long grown tired of living in a constant state of pain shifting back and forth from mild annoyance to soul-rending agony.
I really want to get a D&D game going but Im having trouble figuring out when I could feasibly do it. I want to do Sunday afternoons, but that would conflict with wyspurr taking Destiny to Girl Scouts. Saturdays really arent great because thered be too many nights wed have to call off the game for some event or another we want to go to. Weekdays also suck because we work so sessions would have to be really short. So finding a happy time slot may simply be impossible right now. Thats not going to stop me from trying, though.
Life is good and I have high hopes that its going to get even better really soon.

$950 a month for a year making $11400 and that won't go towards the purchasing price is alot especially if something was to happen or you change your mind. In my opinion (A stranger)why rush ? If my memory serves me correctly you moved there about 1 1/2 years ago, like a month before I moved to Asheville I would focus on the stuff at hand and not try to create more worries at the moment......take care man and choices choices...but hey you got to great ladies not counting the kids to think with
